These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Simmy for the resale of prepaid eSIMs. Any variations to these terms and conditions require explicit written agreement.
2.1. eSIM RESELLING
Simmy resells prepaid eSIMs. Customers can register and purchase SIM cards on the Simmy App.
2.2. SIMMY'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Simmy will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with quality service. However, Simmy does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or fault-free service.
2.3. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must not engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent activities that cause impairment or damage to the network while using Simmy's equipment or services. Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in the suspension of service, with the customer remaining liable for all charges during the suspension period.
2.4. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices are compatible with eSIM and are network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary based on the carrier and country of origin. Customers should refer to the eSIM-compatible devices list provided during checkout. By confirming device compatibility, the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the provided information. The list may not be exhaustive, and newly released eSIM-compatible devices may need to be added.
The service contract between Simmy and the customer begins upon completion of the order on the Simmy app.
The customer is responsible for activating the eSIM and acknowledging the Activation Policy.
The contract will be terminated if the customer does not have an active data package or deletes the eSIM from the target device.
